  • Ensure prompt and accurate handling of customer complaints, feedback, and requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to process improvements.
  • Provide product/service information to customers and promote upsell/cross-sell opportunities when appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service platforms is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
